Welcome to YellowJacketsPW. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

 

1. Services

 

 

YellowJacketsPW provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to power washing of driveways, sidewalks, siding, patios, and other surfaces.

 

We reserve the right to refuse any service if we believe it poses a safety risk or cannot be performed to our standards due to property conditions.

 

 

2. Booking and Scheduling

 

 

Appointments can be made through our website, by phone, or in person. Once scheduled, we ask that clients:

 

• Ensure access to the property on the service date

• Remove obstacles or personal items from areas to be cleaned

• Provide water access unless otherwise agreed

 

 

If you’re not present at the time of service, we will perform the job as scheduled based on prior instructions.

 

 

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

 

We understand life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.

 

 

4. Payment

 

 

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit, and electronic payments.

 

Failure to pay within 7 days may result in additional late fees or referral to collections.

 

 

5. Property Conditions and Liability

 

 

By hiring YellowJacketsPW, you confirm that the areas to be cleaned are in stable condition and can handle high-pressure washing. We are not liable for:

 

• Pre-existing damage

• Paint or material loss on unstable or unsealed surfaces

• Damage caused by poor structural integrity

 

 

We take care in protecting your property, but certain materials (e.g., old wood, loose siding, chipped paint) may be at higher risk during service.

 

 

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

 

 

If you’re not happy with the results, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll do what we can to make it right. Our goal is your satisfaction.

 

 

7. Changes to Terms

 

 

We may update these Terms and Conditions as needed. The most current version will always be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
